Although shark attacks come few and far between and you shouldn’t be afraid to go shark diving it is worth noting some of the different types of shark attacks that can occur just in case you find yourself in the waters by yourself with a load of sharks swimming around you.
Provoked Attacks
This one is of course coursed by the people touching the sharks. This is often when a human accidently catches a shark when fishing and they are trying to unhook or remove them from fishing nets. (more…)

If you are planning on going on one of thosediving holidays then I will say before I go on that the likelihood of you being attacked by a shark is very small indeed but there are some sharks out there that have attacked more than others. Another point to make is that 9 times out of 10 the shark will not attack a human knowing they are human and will simply mistake the person as prey. So on with the list! (more…)
So many people talk about how sharks are really bad creatures but more often than not this is just stupid. There are over 300 species of shark and only 40 of these have ever been known to actually have attacked a human being. Going diving among the sharks is something that takes a lot of courage there is no doubt about that, that isnt including the people that swim with the great whites and tiger sharks. There are many dangerous fictional places in which people would find it almost impossible to dive safely even with a cage. So where on earth are these places? (more…)
I actually approached several of my mates with the idea of going diving and they all thought it was a great idea and surprisingly none of them had ever done it. So off we went on one of those scuba diving holidays and I have to say that it was absoulty fantastic.
