2. Intervals using bodyweight squats, increasing intensity. Get a good timer like a Gymboss or similar because you’re going to have to keep an eye on the clock. This interval course will get you to all the squats you can do in twenty seconds.

Take 10 seconds and stay in the bottom position.This sequence should repeated 8 times.

Be sure to include these intervals into your training schedule. You’ll find that the fat is disappearing from your body without being on those machines at all.
